Spread Your Wings

This series will focus on releasing tension from the upper body, specifically the ribcage, heart area, and shoulders. Soften and loosen up the tight, stuck areas and feel more relaxed and open hearted. Suitable for all levels.

8 Classes Series:     $150

Class Information

All classes include an opening resting period in Shavasana, plus a sequence of restorative yoga poses designed to release tension along the spine. Breathing practices and meditation add benefit to the nervous system and mind.

Classes are open to anyone of reasonable health. If you have a medical diagnosis, very limited flexibility, or other special needs of concern, please speak with Christine before attending a class.

Before your first class, you will be asked to fill out a student information and release form.  

Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete your form and set up for class. Avoid eating a large meal before class. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing.  You are welcome to bring a bottle of water into class (no glass please).


Parking is available and located next to the studio. Pull into the driveway and past the two houses to the rear. Follow the signs.  Covered bicycle racks are located behind the reception area.
