Sweet Yoga is a Cash-and-Check only business.

Beginner Special: 4 Classes for $40 (used within 4 weeks)

Consider yourself a ‘beginner’ if you’ve never been to Sweet Yoga, or you’ve only been once.  This special gives you the opportunity to notice the effects of repeated yoga practice, for a reduced cost. If you have questions or concerns about your ability to do yoga, please contact me ahead of time. A private class could be the best way to begin.

Class Information

All classes, except Yoga & Meditation, are 90 minutes and include an opening and closing resting period in Shavasana. Each class includes approximately 12 to 15 poses and a breathing practice.

“Come Back to Yourself” Yoga & Meditation is held as a six week series. Practice yoga that guides you inward, and creates loving and healing bonds with your body, mind and emotions. Meditate to calm, soothe and expand your inner being. This class is perfect for beginning and more advanced students, who will enjoy the extra time to meditate.

Classes are open to anyone of reasonable health. If you have a medical diagnosis, very limited flexibility, or other special needs of concern, please speak with Christine before attending a class. Before your first class, you will be asked to fill out a student information and release form.  Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete your form and set up for class. Avoid eating a large meal before class. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing.  You are welcome to bring a bottle of water into class (no glass please).


Parking is available and located next to the studio. Pull into the driveway and past the two houses to the rear. Follow the signs. Students are encouraged to bike, walk or rideshare to Sweet Yoga. Covered bicycle racks are located behind the reception area. Discounts can be earned for students who use alternative modes of transportation (walk, bike or rideshare).
