Balancing Activity & Rest

Our yoga classes will combine deeply restful practices with those that awaken, uplift, and energize. Teachings will emphasize how to move from one state to the other in flow, maintaining awareness and calm. Benefits include a greater feeling of groundedness and ability to move forward with balance, strength, and confidence – in your body and in your life! Suitable for all levels.

8 Classes Series:     $165

Class Information

All classes include an opening resting period in Shavasana, plus a sequence of restorative yoga poses designed to release tension along the spine. Breathing practices and meditation add benefit to the nervous system and mind.

Classes are open to anyone of reasonable health. If you have a medical diagnosis, very limited flexibility, or other special needs of concern, please speak with Christine before attending a class.

Before your first class, you will be asked to fill out a student information and release form.  

Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete your form and set up for class. Avoid eating a large meal before class. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing.  You are welcome to bring a bottle of water into class (no glass please).


Parking is available and located next to the studio. Pull into the driveway and past the two houses to the rear. Follow the signs.  Covered bicycle racks are located behind the reception area.
