Sweet Yoga offers classes and private sessions in the Svaroopa® style. Svaroopa® yoga releases deeply held tensions in the core of the body, providing reliable relief from pain, tension and everyday stress. Weight-bearing poses help to build stamina and strengthen the body. This is a slower, more therapeutic, and more meditative style than others. Decompressing the spine leads to a softening and expansion of the mind, to a state of “svaroopa” – the bliss of one’s own being. Restore and rejuvenate with this unique yoga.
