In this 10 week series, we’ll practice inner listening. This includes listening to our bodies, our needs and innate wisdom. It forms the bedrock of self-care and points us toward our highest good.
$250 for 10 weeks

Please note:
Classes and workshops are suitable for those who can follow directions, easily move up and down off of the floor, and settle into periods of quiet. Given the uniqueness of each person’s body, practices can be modified for comfort and effect. Christine will provide this instruction.
This yoga practice produces a strengthening effect on the immune system, so those with an organ transplant and/or taking Immunosuppressant medications should consider another yoga style. To be safe, pregnant women should begin practice after their third trimester.
