Summer Restorative Workshops

Clear & Balanced

Sunday, August 17th 10 am - 12 pm 
Sunday, September 14th 10 am - 12 pm 

Cool down from the heat and activity of summer with these calming yoga opportunities. Each class is gentle, slow and deeply relaxing. They’re great for beginners and regulars alike. With iced tea, fresh fruit and homemade cookies to follow. Take a break and treat your body and mind to something sweet!

$45 each. 

Payment due by August 10th for August class.
Payment due by September 7th for September class.

Fall Back In

12 weeks, beginning September 21
(No Classes Nov 26 and 30)
Sundays, 10-12 pm
Wednesdays 6-7:30 pm

This Fall, relax into a steady routine of deeply restful and self-affirming yoga classes. Following nature’s cycle, we’ll turn within to gather our energy and remember our essential form as bliss!

Please note:

Classes and workshops are suitable for those who can follow directions, easily move up and down off of the floor, and settle into periods of quiet. Given the uniqueness of each person’s body, practices can be modified for comfort and effect. Christine will provide this instruction.

This yoga practice produces a strengthening effect on the immune system, so those with an organ transplant and/or taking Immunosuppressant medications should consider another yoga style. To be safe, pregnant women should begin practice after their third trimester.
